CREW DRIVER - Homestead Structures

Position Summary:

Drive crew to and from the job site. Work closely with team members to produce projects efficiently and with high quality per customer expectations. Assist crew in driving the customer’s experience by being friendly, doing excellent work, and acting as a professional representative of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary Roles:

  • Drive field crew to and from the job site in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Drive safely using defensive driving tactics and do not exceed normal driving speeds.

  • Perform high quality installation procedures on site with the crew including framing,

  • exteriors, interiors and other trades.

  • Keep the job site clean and efficient.

Secondary Roles:

  • Provide input to Foreman/rest of team on improvements.

  • Organize trucks, tools, and equipment and stock items per foreman’s direction.

  • Communicate effectively with Foreman on workflow to create excellent teamwork.
